SIA Education Awards

One of Soroptimist International's core values is that women and girls deserve to lead full and productive lives through access to education. With this in mind, Soroptimist International of Ashland grants scholarships to area students that will enable them to meet their educational goals and make a difference in the world.

High School Awards

Vicki Smith Memorial Awards

These awards honor graduating Ashland High School seniors who serve as role models for other women.

Vocational/Technical Awards

These awards support graduating female students from Ashland and Phoenix High School bound for vocational or technical school. Awardees are selected by their high school's scholarship committee based on need and anticipated success.

Awards to Southern Oregon University Students

Athletic Awards

These awards recognize student athletes for their athletic accomplishments and academic achievement.

Academic Awards

Grant-in-Aid scholarships support Southern Oregon University students who excel scholastically, contribute to the community, and desire to enter a profession of service. Eligible students will be full-time Juniors or Seniors with a GPA of 3.5 and a declared major in the College of Arts and Sciences. Strong candidates demonstrate a volunteer ethic and financial need.
